Key Responsibilities
 
1. Develop and review enterprise resilience strategy and business/operational plan.
2. Manage the department.
3. Guide the implementation of world class resilience assessment and situational awareness practices across the organization.
4. Engage with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines.
5. Lead the Resilience Assessment Centre of Excellence.

Minimum requirements

•    Qualification(s):
B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Risk Management/Business Management/ Commerce/Engineering at NQF7 with 360 Credits
 
•    Professional Registration Body:
N/A
 
•    Minimum Related Experience:
7 Years’ Experience in a professional/management capacity across the areas of resilience, including incident response management, disaster management, business continuity management, emergency preparedness and response, and leading high complexity multi-stakeholder professional team initiatives.
