To develop, implement, report and provide assurance over a comprehensive resilience management programme for NTCSA, divisions and subsidiaries.

1. Develop and review enterprise resilience strategy and business/operational plan.
2. Manage the department.
3. Guide the implementation of world class resilience assessment and situational awareness practices across the organization.
4. Engage with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines.
5. Lead the Resilience Assessment Centre of Excellence.
