Introduction
• Accountable for the Financial Management of the organization. • Work in close collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Committee and Board of the Company on creating a strategy and overseeing its execution. • Assist the company to achieve its objectives, maximize value operationalize the value-creation agenda through effective planning and performance management. • Manage and drive change in the Finance portfolio by enabling clear communication of the company strategy and ensuring that the team achieves its objectives. • Manage all internal and external stakeholders that engage with ERI.
Job description

•  Drives the strategic objectives defined in the divisional strategy as it relates to the financial sustainability objectives
•  Lead the finance business partners to achieve financial sustainability at business unit level

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

•  BCom Hons with CA and / or,
•  Master’s in accounting or finance related study and / or,
•  Advanced Business Degree NQF 8 with 480 credits

Experience:

•  8-10 years in a finance or accounting field or department with previous leadership experience in a senior role
