Key Responsibilities
• Develop and Implement Employee Relations Strategy
• Provide Specialised Advisory capacity to all Stakeholder with respect to Disciplinary Process
• Create a culture of service delivery to meet customer expectations
• Lead the consultative processes to comply with the Law and create a harmonious IR climate
• Benchmark the IR System and practices with best practice
• Analyse survey results, trends and recommend solutions to Business
• Lead the IR Team and maximise their output
• Manage Governance and Compliance
Minimum requirements
• Relevant Degree in Human Resources Management or related field, with NQF level 7 credits 360
• Professional Registration membership with any Recognised Human Resources Institutions will be advantageous.
Experience:
• Minimum 7 years IR Management experience within Union engagement and Bargaining Council/CCMA representation with strong HR generalist experience.
