Eskom is looking for a Principal Clerk Billing, Position/Task Grade: T08, Department: Revenue Management Billing and Processing, Business Unit: Finance Head Office, Division: Distribution, Location: Durban KZN, Area of specialisation: To provide an effective and efficient revenue management service regarding billing of customers according to organisational policies, procedures and provide a revenue management support function.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Manage billing exceptions.
  •  Perform online billing of electricity accounts
  •  Revenue management support function
  •  Process changes to customer accounts and billing system master file Information.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

  • Grade 12/ NCV4/ NSC3/ N3 and languages/ Diploma/ Certificate in Maths/ Accounting at NQF4 with 120 credits

Related Minimum Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in Revenue Management or Finance Environment, Commercial, Information Technology.
