Key Responsibilitie:
Safety, Health and Environmental area management; Risk Management; Administration and Management of the SHE section; and SHEQ Adherence.
Skills:

· High level of both verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English.

Knowledge:
· Safety Management i.e. legal compliance auditing, knowledge of health and safety legislation OHS Act 85 of 1993; Intimate knowledge and understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
· Computer proficiency in MS Office suite.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· National Diploma – Safety Management or Environmental Management/ Health (NQF 5) · Preferable Environmental Health/Management time served apprenticeship. · Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering, Logistics & Plant will be an advantage. · Valid Code 08 (B) Driver’s License. |
Experience:
· 3 - years’ work experience in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering & Plant · 3 – years’ experience in Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental field as a Safety Officer. |
