Job description

·       Provide consultative service to customers

·       Provide system solution training

·       Test solutions

·       Provide specialist system and user support for logged problems and information

requests

·       Assist in document processes and reviews

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s): 

·   B Degree/B Tech in Information Systems/Engineering/Information Technology/Information Management at NQF7 with 360 credits

      Related Minimum Experience:

·       4 years’ Eskom business and relevant IT experience
