• Provide claims advisory management service for power purchase agreement (PPA) related claims.
• Advice on contract interpretation for power purchase and other related agreements.
• Provide advice to the Programme Development department
• Support the department on external legal consultant service appointments and manage contracts.
• Establish an effective recordkeeping and reporting system.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
B Degree or B Tech in Law/Commerce / Quantity Surveying at NQF7 with 360 credits
Related Experience:
5 years extensive experience in an electrical utility industry and worked with contract claims management
and/or power purchase agreements
