Key Responsibilities
· Implement suitable systems and processes to ensure sustainability of continuous improvement initiatives.
· Establish a Project Management Office (PMO) to run multiple projects for the department.
· Conduct a focused analysis approach for process improvements.
· Facilitate the exchange and implementation of best practices. information collected from benchmarking and internal assessments.
· Administer the customer satisfaction survey.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (x2)
