Position: Graduate in Training , Position/Task Grade: L07 , Department: Maintenance and Operations , Business Unit: Ops Enablement , Location: Megawatt Park . Area of specialization: To coordinate and facilitate structured process and service improvement activities aligned to the department strategic objectives, assist to define, develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with other relevant functional departments.

Key Responsibilities

·         Implement suitable systems and processes to ensure sustainability of continuous improvement initiatives.

·         Establish a Project Management Office (PMO) to run multiple projects for the department.

·         Conduct a focused analysis approach for process improvements.

·         Facilitate the exchange and implementation of best practices. information collected from benchmarking and internal assessments.

·         Administer the customer satisfaction survey.

 

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

·         B Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (x2)
