Key Responsibilities
· Provide input to the development of Contract Quality Plans (CQPs) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
· Provide inspection services for all stages of manufacturing, shipping and transportation, preservations, site works, commissioning, outages, maintenance, operations, data books and handover.
· Execute inspection and test measuring and monitoring services for special processes.
· Provide supplier quality specification and related documentation.
· Monitor supplier quality performance and reporting
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
National Diploma in Quality Management/ Engineering/Build Environment/Auditing at NQF6 with 240 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
3 Years experience in a technical quality control inspections and tests environment including special processes i.e. material specifications/ requirements, welding and fabrication inspections etc./quality management system implementation and auditing with a special process training qualification as an International Welding Specialist (IWS) or International Welding Professional (IWP).
