·       Direct, coordinates and monitors the implementation of effective policies, processes and procedures across multiple BU’s

·       Manages the sound consultation and effective integration between internal and external stakeholders and customers at BU level

·       Ensure the coordination of continuous improvement optimisation of efficient and effective processes and activities

·       Manages the planned reporting of Key Performance Indicators and stakeholder management processes across multiple BU’s

·       Managing and coordinating people management processes and activities
