Eskom Distribution Division invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of System Analyst IT Support Services (T13). Area of specialization: To provide infrastructure backend services, application system and user support in line with service offerings within the Group Information Technology (GIT) operating model. 8.      Applications and infrastructure.

9.      Good understanding of Eskom and Group IT strategic goals and priorities

Key Responsibilities

1.      Provide user support for logged incidents and requests.

2.      Develop solutions and enhancements on backend services and systems.

3.      Perform system testing.

4.      Perform system changes and enhancements.

5.      Perform process documentation and reviews.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

Ø  National Diploma in Information Technology/Engineering/Information Systems at NQF6 with 240 credits

Related Minimum Experience:

Ø  3 years experience in information technology.
