Job description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage talent attraction and acquisition.
  • Manage career pathing and talent mobility.
  • Lead the team and manage budget.
  • Manage succession planning and leadership development tracking.
  • Lead talent management strategy and workforce planning (talent forecasting).
  • Manage onboarding and integration.
  • Conduct career conversations, talent reviews and calibration.
  • Ensure reporting, analytics and continuous improvement.
  • Provide employee off-boarding.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s): 

  • B Degree / B Tech / Advanced Diploma in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology / Business Management / Business Administration at NQF7 with 360 credits 

Experience: 

  • 10 years’ experience in human resources / talent management, managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing multiple stakeholder portfolios.
