Key Responsibilities
· Position and provide strategic leadership and oversight for the management and integration of projects and programmes within the portfolio.
· Direct and report on portfolio performance according to the benefits realisation process, governance framework and contractual requirements.
· Direct and report on financial performance of the portfolio.
· Position and direct strategic relationships with key stakeholders for delivery of the portfolio.
· Direct and influence the execution of portfolio projects.
· Lead and manage the portfolio management team performance.
Position and direct controls for planning, scheduling, accounting and costing for delivery of the portfolioMinimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B-Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Built Environment/ Commerce/ Human Sciences at NQF 7 with 360 credits
Experience:
· 10 years’ experience in portfolio, programme and project management/construction management
