· Collective bargaining and dispute resolution mechanisms
· Organisational development and employment equity
· Policy design and implementation
· Data analytics and health reporting
Skills:
· Strategic communication and engagement
· Conflict resolution and case management
· Project and programme management
· Change management and conflict navigation
· Negotiation and high-stakes stakeholder engagement
Key Responsibilities
· Provide strategic leadership.
· Provide people relations oversight.
· Provide health and wellness oversight.
· Ensure governance, compliance and risk management.
· Manage stakeholder engagement and change enablement.
· Provide team leadership and manage budget.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree in Labour Relations/ Human Resources/ Law/ Public Health at NQF7 with 360 credits or a
· B Tech in Labour Relations/ Human Resources/ Law/ Public Health at NQF7 with 360 credits or an
· Advanced Diploma in Labour Relations/ Human Resources/ Law/ Public Health at NQF7 with 360 credits
Experience:
· 10 Years’ experience in industrial/ employee relations and/ or occupational health at management level, managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing multiple stakeholder portfolios.
Professional Registration Body:
· Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) if medically qualified
