Position: Officer Wellness and lifestyle Management Position/Task Grade: T12 Area of specialization: To coordinate all activities related to the implementation of a Road to a Safety and Healthy Lifestyle campaign with emphasis on Lifestyle Related conditions, (communicable and non-communicable) in the division Department: Human Resources Business Unit: Hendrina Power Station Location: Pullenshope, Mpumalanga
Job description

Key Responsibilities
•    Conduct Healthy lifestyle Awareness and Education session
•    Attract and co-ordinate the number of Wellness ambassadors (WA) in the division and facilitate their development
•    Monitor and Evaluate education and awareness programmes
•    Provide lay counselling services to employees
•    Coordinate accessibility for people with disabilities in all Generation sites 

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s): 
National Diploma in Health Science/Health Information/Social Science/Industrial Psychology/Social Work at NQF 6 with 240 Credits  
 
Related Minimum Experience:
3 years’ experience in the Health & Wellness environment
