Position summary
Introduction
Job description
· Lead project team in initiating and supporting the business to identify areas of improvement.
· Lead team problem solving for specific projects and coordinate inputs from clients and leadership.
· Provide consulting services.
· Oversee the daily project team management and accept accountability for deliverables during project execution.
· Provide support to the organisation’s executive committee.
· Coach junior and senior consultants in projects and provide overall guidance during an initiative.
· Ensure personal development.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Engineering/ Science/Commerce/Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
· Minimum of 7 years of working experience in project management, performance management and/or consulting environment.
