Key Responsibilities

 

·       1. Provide a Compliance Function in the division

·       2. Conducting regular assessments on the Divisions status of compliance on regulatory and legal requirements.

·       3. Ensure that consistent and transparent Governance is maintained.

·       4. Facilitate the negotiations and implementation of SLAS with service providers.

·       5. Ensure proper identification and treatment of compliance risks.

Minimum requirements

Ø  Qualification(s): B Degree/ B Tech in Law/ Auditing/ Political Sciences/ Business Administration/ Management at NQF 7 with 360 credits.

 

Ø  Related Minimum Experience: 5 Years’ Interpretation and analysis of statutes.

 

Implementation of corporate governance principals, governance programs and compliance management framework. Negotiation of SLAS and secretariat
