  Key Responsibilities:

 

·         Ensure all quantity surveying standard services are provided throughout the project life cycle.

·         Manage the delivery of the project quantity surveying service.

·         Manage team performance, development of skills, knowledge and capabilities.

·         Represent project controls in tender evaluations, contract clarification and cost negotiations.

·         Monitor, advise and support project controls and contract administration services.

·         Lead and support the collation and compilation of contract documentation.

·         Manage compliance with all Eskom and site related governance and safety, health, environment, risk and quality (SHERQ) requirements

Minimum requirements

   

Qualification(s):

·         B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management/Construction/Construction Economics at NQF7 with 360 credits

 

Related Minimum Experience:

·         5 years- Quantity surveying/cost engineering/cost management/engineering and construction contracts/project management in the built environment

·         Professional Registration Body: South African Council of Quantity Surveying Professionals (SACQS) as a professional quantity surveyor (PrQS)
