Key Responsibilities
· Advice Line Management on all relevant legislation
· Monitor the IR risks and escalate to HCM Business Partner
· Capture all IR matters on SAP
· Monitor time and attendance for Department (overtime)
· Assist employees and Line Management to access all Employee Wellness interventions

B Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences
Experience:
2 Year to 3 years HR experience
