Job description

  • Execute integrated sourcing and procurement processes and follow prescribed procedures towards fulfilling procurement needs.
  • Execute purchases of goods and services and manage procurement administration.
  • Negotiate and coordinates conclusion of agreement with suppliers to meet customer expectations.
  • Perform dual adjudication of tenders and management of contracts/ purchases orders within set policies and standards.
  • Access, analyse procurement information independently.
  • Use own discretion to manage problems / risks and make recommendations timeously.
  • Build and maintain healthy interpersonal and inter-team relationships

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s): 

  • Do you have a National Diploma /National N Diploma in Commerce/Transport Logistics & Supply Chain Management at NQF 6 with 240 credits

 Experience 

  • 5 Years experience in a Commercial / Supplier Management
