Key Responsibilities
· Provide consultative service to customers.
· Provide system solution training.
· Test solutions.
· Provide specialist system and user support for logged problems and information requests.
· Assist in document processes and reviews.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree/B Tech in Information Systems/Engineering/Information Technology/Information Management at NQF7 with 360 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
· Minimum of 4 years of Eskom business and relevant IT experience.
