· Key Responsibilities
· Manage talent attraction and acquisition.
· Manage career pathing and talent mobility.
· Lead the team and manage budget.
· Manage succession planning and leadership development tracking.
· Lead talent management strategy and workforce planning (talent forecasting).
· Manage onboarding and integration.
· Conduct career conversations, talent reviews and calibration.
· Ensure reporting, analytics and continuous improvement.
· Provide employee off-boarding.
· Manage stakeholder engagement
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
o B Degree in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology/ Business Management/ Business Administration at NQF7 with 360 credits or a
o B Tech in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology/ Business Management/ Business Administration at NQF7 with 360 credits or an
o Advance Diploma in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology/ Business Management/ Business Administration at NQF7 with 360 credits
· Related Minimum Experience:
o 10 Years’ experience in Human Resources/ Talent Management, managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing multiple stakeholder portfolios.
