Key Responsibilities
· Oversee and provide high-level supervision over production projects, supervisors, teams and sub-contractors under span of control.
· Drive projects schedules to meet due date performance.
· Inspect, verify, and sign off critical activities to ensure work is carried out as per work instructions
· Coordinate and facilitate department and inter-departments activities and provide technical input where applicable.
· Resource Allocation and Job Documentation
· Ensure that correct tools are available to perform the job in safe manner and replace defective tools.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· N6 with Electrical Trade Certificate or a National Diploma Electrical Engineering or Supervisory Management Certificate
Experience:
· 3 Years related experience, including at least 1 year of Supervisory or Team Leader experience
