Assessment

·         Assessment by divisional Exco or Manco and stakeholders on the fulfilment of the compliance mandate, understanding of the governance and compliance methodologies and practices and meeting of the Key Performance Indicators of the Compliance Function.

 

Key Responsibilities

           

·         Provide a Compliance Function in the division.

·         Conducting regular assessments on the Division's status of compliance on regulatory and legal requirements

·         Ensure that consistent and transparent Governance is maintained.

·         Facilitate the negotiations and implementation of SLAs with service providers.

·         Ensure proper identification and treatment of compliance risk.

 

 

Minimum requirements

     Qualification(s):

 

B Degree / B Tech in Law / Auditing Political Sciences / Business Administration/     Management at NQF 7 with 360 Credits  

 

     Related Minimum Experience:

 

         5 years experience interpretation and analysis of statutes.

    Implementation of corporate governance principles, governance programs and      compliance management framework. Negotiation of SLAS and secretariat skills
