Key Responsibilities
- Design NTCSA learning and Development Strategy that is fit for purpose.
- Direct and manage analysis, planning, monitoring and reporting on learning, skills development
- Transformation and BBEEE
- Direct, manage, and quality assure on employee and learner development
- Ensure group compliance with skills development and employment equity governance processes and all relevant regulations, i.e. Skills Development Act, the Employment Equity Act, and the BBBEE Act
- Management of stakeholders
- Resource Management

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- B Degree / B Tech in Human Resources / Behavioural Sciences at NQF 7 with 360 Credits
- Postgraduate Qualification (added advantage)
Experience:
10 years’ experience in:
- Overseeing and developing learning strategies that align with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
- Leading the development of business, technical, and non-technical capabilities, skills development, and training.
- Extensive experience in Transformation projects and implementation of employment equity
- Co-ordinating training and development interventions based on employee needs
- Conducting skills audit
- Extensive experience at the middle management level
