Job description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design NTCSA learning and Development Strategy that is fit for purpose.
  • Direct and manage analysis, planning, monitoring and reporting on learning, skills development
  • Transformation and BBEEE
  • Direct, manage, and quality assure on employee and learner development
  • Ensure group compliance with skills development and employment equity governance processes and all relevant regulations, i.e. Skills Development Act, the Employment Equity Act, and the BBBEE Act
  • Management of stakeholders
  • Resource Management

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s): 

  • B Degree / B Tech in Human Resources / Behavioural Sciences at NQF 7 with 360 Credits
  • Postgraduate Qualification (added advantage) 

Experience: 

10 years’ experience in: 

  • Overseeing and developing learning strategies that align with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
  • Leading the development of business, technical, and non-technical capabilities, skills development, and training.
  • Extensive experience in Transformation projects and implementation of employment equity
  • Co-ordinating training  and development interventions based on employee needs
  • Conducting skills audit
  • Extensive experience at the middle management level
