Skills:
· Sound interpersonal, Organisational and Communication
· Computer Literate in MS Office (Projects, Power BI, Excel, Power Point) and Primavera
· Prepare totally integrated Project Plans and Estimates with resource for Projects
· Assists responsible person with the compilation of Tenders
· Control and Monitor Project Plans on site during Project Execution
· Report to relevant parties on Project plan on site during Project Execution
· Review Project plan at completion of Project and recommended changes for future Project Planning
· Compile Tracking Reports
Knowledge:
· Application of relevant PMBOK Processes associated with all documented activities
· Performance Management
· Project Life Cycle Management
· Conditions of Contract (NEC)
· Fully Computer literate (MS Office and Primavera), P6 latest version.
Attributes:
· Above average interpersonal, Communication and leadership skills
· Must be able to work independently.

· Develops and Maintain Project Schedule
· Performs Financial Activities
· Manages Post Contract Review
· Maintains Safety Policies and Procedures and SHEQ Responsibilities.

Minimum requirements
• Project Management
• At least S4 in Engineering field, Relevant Planning Qualification and Project management qualification
Experience:
• 3 years in Production and Project Planning/MSP experience and 3 years hands on experience or related Project Management.
