Key Responsibilities
· Formulate and implement comprehensive skills development strategies.
· Align company skills development strategies with global trends/best practices.
· Drive skills development strategies including digitisation.
· Drive organisational change, culture transformation and sound people relations.
· Lead and implement skills development initiatives.
· Drive the control environment including governance, risk management and compliance initiatives.
· Entrench the Eskom values and leadership brand pillars.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree/B Tech/ B Eng/B Tech Eng/ Engineering Training at NQF7 with 360 credits
Experience:
10 years extensive experience in a management position in human capital technical/renewable/engineering/ other applicable disciplines future skills training.
