Introduction
Position/Task Grade: EEE. Department: Ethics Management. Business Unit: Ethics Management. Reporting to the Group Company Secretary, the Senior Manager Corporate Ethics will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of the organisation’s ethics function by designing, implementing and managing a comprehensive ethics programme that aligns with governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, the organisation ’values and is accountable for embedding a culture of integrity, ensuring ethical risk management and driving ethical conduct across all levels of the organisation.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):   

o   B Degree in Business Administration/ Business Management/ Commerce/ Law at a NQF 7 with 360 credits or a

o   B Tech in Business Administration/ Business Management/ Commerce/ Law at a NQF 7 with 360 credits or

o   3 Year National Diploma (NQF Level 6) plus an Advance Diploma in Business Administration/ Business Management/ Commerce/ Law at a NQF 7 with 360 credits. 

Related Minimum Experience: 

o   10 Years extensive experience in ethics strategy, policy development and implementation, general management, monitoring and reporting, investigations, stakeholder management.
