· Liaise formally and informally with key stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure effective integration of operational and sales efforts.
· Monitor client feedback at all levels and respond appropriately.
· Measure and monitor the success of the customer engagement strategies.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- Relevant formal Qualification in Sales / Marketing or related fieldExperience:
10 years relevant experience in a similar role or more Technical role within the relevant Industry.
Technical Product Knowledge and familiarity with the Industry Environment is advantageous.
