- Occupational health and safety (OHS) and employee wellness legislation and frameworks
- Collective bargaining and dispute resolution mechanisms
- Organisational development and employment equity
- Policy design and implementation
- Data analytics and health reporting
Skill:
- Strategic communication and engagement
- Conflict resolution and case management
- Project and programme management
- Change management and conflict navigation
- Negotiation and high-stakes stakeholder engagement
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- B Degree / B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Labour Relations / Human Resources / Law / Public Health at NQF7 with 360 credits
Experience:
- 10 years’ experience in industrial/employee relations and/or occupational health at management level, managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing multiple stakeholder portfolios.
