Key Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership, guidance for psycho-social processes.
2. Manage employee assistance programme (EAP) activities.
3. Scan the environment and analyse information.
4. Design policy, negotiate and communicate information.
5. Provide specialist advice.
6. Monitor human resources indicators.
7. Represent Eskom on external and local forums.
8. Manage client relations.

Qualification(s):
Honours Degree in Social Work/Psychology at NQF8 with 480 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
4 Years Experience in Experience in Employee Wellness.
Professional Registration Body: Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) or South African Council for
Social Service Professions (SACSSP)
