Key Responsibilities
- Provide a Compliance Function for the National Transmission Company South Africa
- Conducting regular assessments on the National Transmission Company South Africa’ status of compliance on regulatory and legal requirements
- Ensure that consistent and transparent Governance is maintained
- Facilitate the negotiations and implementation of SLAs with service providers
- Ensure proper identification and treatment of compliance risks

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- B Degree / B Tech in Law / Auditing / Political Sciences / Business Administration / Management at NQF7 with 360 Credits
Experience:
- 5 years in interpretation and analysis of statutes
- Implementation of corporate governance principles, governance programs and compliance management framework. Negotiation of SLAS and secretariat skills
