Introduction
Area of specialization: To be responsible for the overall strategic leadership and governance of the organisation's transformation efforts, ensure alignment with the long-term vision of becoming an independent Transmission System Operator (TSO), lead the development and execution of the transformation strategy, oversee organisational strategic initiatives and ensure all transformation programmes are integrated with business objectives. Engage at executive level to drive innovation, manage cultural change and align the organisation’s resources, operations and stakeholders to achieve transformational goals. Minimum requirements

Qualification(s): 

  • B Degree/ B Tech/ Advanced Diploma in Engineering/Business Management/Commerce at NQF 7 with 360 credits

Experience: 

  • 10 years of Leadership experience in managing complex transformation or infrastructure projects within the energy, utility or infrastructure sectors, lead large-scale, cross-functional projects, managing multiple stakeholders and delivering transformation initiatives within scope, budget, and time.
