Job description

To maintain optimum protection and condition of internal water and steam touched component surfaces under all operating conditions, produce different water streams such as potable water and demineralized water according to specified qualitative and quantitative requirements and manage water and waste effluents.

Key Responsibilities

·       Monitor and control allocated chemistry plants.

·       Perform technical and administrative duties.

·       Supervise employees.

·       Control budget.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s): 

National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry/Water Care/Water Science and Technology/Chemica Engineering/Biotechnology at NQF6 with 240 credits

 

Related Minimum Experience

5 years related experience  in water and wastewater treatment/cooling water/analytical chemistry/cycle chemistry/water management processes
