Position summary
Introduction
Job description
· Develop, maintain and govern the organisation’s job evaluation, job title and qualification frameworks.
· Participate in the implementation of reward and benefits related projects and processes.
· Participate in the development and implementation of reward and benefits strategies.
· Participate in organisation human resources (HR) projects, forums and workgroups.
· Participate in the preparation of reward and benefits business cases.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree/B Tech/National Higher Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Human Resources/Social Sciences/Behavioural Sciences/Information Technology at NQF7 with 360 credits
Related Minimum Experience
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in generalist human resources, reward and benefits, data analytics or project management
