Job description

·       Support management in participative structures in the business unit.

·       Assist with the management of industrial action in the BU.

·       Assist with conciliating, mediating and settlements.

·       Assist with arbitration and pre-dismissal arbitration.

·       Provide strategic support to management in the BU.

·       Monitor, audit and reporting.

·       Provide IR training and development services.

·       Monitor People Relations key performance indicators and ensure compliance.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s)

National Diploma in Labour Relations / Industrial Relations / Human Resources / Labour Law at NQF Level 6 with 240 credits. 

Related Minimum Experience

3 years’ experience in Employee Relations environment.
