· Provide a Specialist and Professional Human Resources Service with regards to Talent & Skills, Employment.
· Equity, Organisation Effectiveness, Industrial Relations, and Leadership Development etc.
· Provide professional advice and guidance on policies, procedures, processes and systems.
· Provide a Generalist Human Resources service across the entire HR value chain.
· Project management and participation as HR generalist to different initiatives.
· Client relations and specialist advice.

Minimum requirements
B Degree/B-Tech in Human Resourcesor Social/Beavioural Sciences at NQF 7with 360 Credits
5 Years experience in General Human Resourcesmanagement and practices
