•    Provide professional advice and guidance in respect of Organizational Effectiveness policies, procedures and processes. 
•    Direct the implementation of Organizational Effectiveness related projects.
•    Represent ERI at Eskom Corporate Organizational Effectiveness projects, forums and workgroups.
•    Participate and provide guidance in the preparation of Organizational Effectiveness business cases and transformation. 
•    Provide specialist advise in relation and manage the change management process
•    Manage the section budget.
•    Manage the staff
•    HR Metrics and Reporting

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s): 
  • Grade12 
  • B Degree in Human Resource Management or Organisational Behaviour or related qualification at NQF7 with 360 credits
 
Experience:
  • 7 years Related Experience in Human Resources / Organisational Effectiveness.
