· Obtain and interpret business requirements or identify, develop and implement business intelligence initiatives.
· Facilitate Business as Usual (BAU) requests and application health on existing applications.
· Document information technology (IT), information system (IS) solution requirements.
· Provide project support.
Minimum requirements
· Qualification(s):
· National Diploma in Information Technology/Information Management at NQF6 with 240 credits
· Related Minimum Experience:
· 3 years’ experience in Information Technology/Information Management environment with relevant business knowledge
