Key Responsibilities
· Manage the implementation of learning practices, policies, strategies, related initiatives and processes relating to learning within the Division/Area as per requirements received from HR Business partners
· Provide strategic support and operational services, including business risk assessments relating to learning within the Division/Area as per requirements received form HR Business partners
· Manage all functional operations-based resources – Human, Financial & Scorecards
· Assure the projects are implemented as defined per policy and processes relating to learning within the Division/Area
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s) and Related Experience:
· B Degree / B-Tech / National Higher Diploma in Behavioural Science /Social Science / Technical
· 5 years’ experience in Learning Development environment
