Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership on psychosocial processes and lead the management of employee assistant programmes (EAP) initiatives thereof.
• Provide a consultative and advisory role on EAP related issues within Eskom Rotek Industries
• Identify psychosocial trends and risks within the business
• Monitoring and evaluation of EAP services within Eskom Rotek Industries
• Customer Relations / Service Level principles (SLP's)
• Project management and participation in all Health and Wellness initiatives within the regions
• Wellness
• Manage and monitor the EAP external service provider

Minimum requirements
• B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Psychology/Social Work at NQF7 with 360 credits or related qualification
• Registration with either one of the following: HPCSA//EAPA/SAIHCM will be advantageous.
Experience:
• 5 years related Wellness/EAP management experience
