Job description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide cost advice and planning support.
  • Provide advisory support regarding contract documentation.
  • Provide advisory support regarding tendering and contractual arrangements.
  • Provide advisory support regarding contract services.
  • Mentor and coach quantity surveying employees.
  • Comply with relevant Eskom and site governance, safety, health, environment, risk and quality (SHERQ) requirements.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

  • Honours Degree/BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying at NQF8 with 480 credits 

Experience: 

  • 4 years Quantity surveying, contracts management, cost management in the built environment 

Professional Registration Body: 

  • South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) as a professional quantity surveyor (PrQS).
