Key Responsibilities
· Formulates Corporate and Divisional Human Resources operations management strategy and direction.
· Manages the Human Resources Operations Management.
· Sets the functional direction for implementation of human resources processes.
· Leads and Implements Eskom Human Resources projects, portfolio initiatives for Transformation and ensure integration across the business disciplines within their respective Divisions.
· Heads the transformation planning and implementation processes for the human resources function inCorporate, Divisions or Subsidiaries.
· Provides a high-level Human Resources advisory and consultancy service.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree in Human Resources/ Behavioural Sciences / Social Sciences or
Management at a NQF level 7 with 360 credits or a
· B Tech in Human Resources Behavioural Sciences / Social Sciences or Management at a NQF level 7 with 360 credits
Experience:
· 10 Years’ extensive experience in Senior Management and Human Resources value chain management and practices.
