Key Responsibilities
· Map the top thirty business processes for time.
· Map the top business processes for cost.
· Map the top business processes for quality and effectiveness.
· Identify poorly designed aspects for the top business processes.
· Migrate improved and re-engineered process maps to Group Technology information technology (IT) and operation technology (OT) for automation and digitalisation through systems.
· Identify top problematic high priority business processes.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF level 7 with 360 credits or
· B Tech in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF level 7 with 360 credits or
· Advanced Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF level with 360 credits
Experience:
· 10 years’ extensive experience in business process mapping, business process re-engineering (BPR), costs and improvement across IT and OT platforms.
