Key Responsibilities
- Provide contract administration services during the project life cycle and contract duration.
- Provide advice as contract specialist for and on behalf of project managers and contract management section.
- Support contracts manager in contractor communication and performance management of contractors.
- Participate and support the procurement process, evaluation and advise on procurement and contracting strategies
- Provide contract administration support and advice throughout the project, procurement and contract lifecycle
- Communicate safety, health, environment, risk, quality (SHERQ) and technical contractual requirements.

National Diploma in Built Environment/Commerce/Human Sciences at NQF6with 240 credits
Experience:
3 years Contracts administration/Engineering and Construction Contract/project administration
