Key Responsibilities
· Assist with Strategic Sourcing
· Assist in Ensuring an Effective Skills Sourcing Service to the Area
· Assist in Ensuring the Improvement of Employee Satisfaction and Organisational Performance
· Assist in Providing Support to Line Management towards Improving and Maintaining Good Labour and Employee Relations
· Assist in Providing a Basic Advisory Service on all aspects of Conditions of Service and House Agreement
· Assist in Gathering and Providing Management Information to Line Management
· Assist in Facilitating the Establishment and Implementation of Training and Development Processes.

Minimum requirements
• National Diploma in Human Resources
