Eskom Distribution is looking for a Middle Manager CRM to manage, integrate and ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery to retail customers in the province and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships in conjunction with the division in support of the customer service (CS) mandate. Position/Task Grade: M18, Department: Retail Operations, Business Unit: Cape Coastal Cluster WC, Location: Bellville

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):
 
·         B Degree/B Tech/National Higher Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Marketing/Finance/Commerce/Business
          Management/Engineering at NQF 7 with 360 credits
 
Related Minimum Experience:
 
·         7 Years’ customer service and resource management
