• Lead and direct new business development and customer-segmentation initiatives by establishing standards, policies, and guidelines that address diverse customer segments, ensuring alignment with Eskom Rotek Industries’ integrated customer-service strategy. • Create and Manage the Sales and Commercial strategy of ERI that will take advantage of its unique strengths to ensure growth of the business. Job description

·       Identify, screen, and manage business opportunities.

·       Formulate strategy and implementation plans for identified opportunities.

·       Develop and direct an optimized Customer segmentation framework and strategy

·       Develop and lead the implementation of segment specific strategies, policies, standard guidelines by

·       Manage the customer, stakeholder portfolio and relationships.

·       Responsible for Segment Performance Monitoring and Reporting.

·       Management and optimization of the Section its infrastructure and resources

·       Provide strategic oversight and ensure effective service delivery across the following core areas

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

•  Degree in Engineering/ Commerce/Business Management/ Project Management at NQF7 with 360 credits

Experience:

•  10 years successful track record at middle and senior management level in the management of significant, successful business opportunities, developments, and leadership preferably in the energy sector.
