Job description

Key Responsibilities
 
1. Perform servitude, land acquisition.
2. Facilitate the route/site selection process for powerlines and substations.
3. Provide project management document and data control.
4. Investigate cadastral and title deeds and determine land values.
5. Ensure compliance and adherence to legislation and other statutory requirements.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):
 
B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma/National Higher Diploma in Geomatics/Surveying/Geographic Information Science/Town and Regional Planning/Property Valuation/Law/Environmental Management at NQF7 with 360 credits

Experience:
 
5 years’ experience in land and rights
