Job description

 Key Responsibilities:

Training delivery and facilitation of workgroups

Perform training and development assessments and evaluations

Apply current relevant training and development technologies and methodologies for effective learning transfer

Ensuring end to end training administration is concluded

Customer liaison and communication

Minimum requirements

 Qualification(s):

National Diploma Technical: OR National Diploma in Power Plant Process Control   Operations NQF Level 5 or 6 OR National Diploma with Trade Test 

Non-technical: 
National diploma ETDP/Educational Sciences/HR Management
All qualifications  to be at NQF 6 with 240 Credits
 
 
Related Minimum Experience:
3 Years’- Technical: Technical Training experience / Operating experience OR Non-Technical: Experience in Education and Training
